This depends on a number of factors, such as the temperature of the water, your age and any possible medical conditions.
The general rule of thumb is 2 – 4 minutes. If you have the water slightly warmer, such as 50 – 57 °F, you can stay in 5 – 10 minutes.
If you do have any medical conditions or are aged 40+, it is advised to consult with your medical practitioner prior to usage.

love this ice bath! i use to have an inflatable one but that punctured and repair was difficult. so i got this instead and it was definitely worth it
